Symposium “Asset Management in the Public Sector”

On April 21, 2011, NVRB organises a symposium called “Asset Management in the Public Sector”.

At this symposium, different bodies in the public sector, the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management, Power Grid Operators and ProRail, will present their view on several important aspects of asset management.

The purpose of the lectures is to bring about cross-pollination. Speakers will focus on the following aspects:

• How is the asset management process introduced and implemented within the public sector?
• How is asset management applied to technical aspects in terms of tools and methodologies?
• What is the role of the asset management ’s market players in the public sector?
• Treatment of a concrete example (case) where AM is / can be applied
• What are the specific asset managementissues that you can walk against?
