PAS 55 Asset management gap analysis

High performance requirements were imposed by the government and public opinion on one of the most completely utilized infrastructure networks in Europe. This performance can only be met by excellent management in which all aspects of asset management are covered sufficiently.

AssetPouwer conducted a PAS 55 gap analysis on the asset management. PAS 55 is a practical standard in the field of asset management. The analysis was focussed on:

• management of performance throughout the supply chain;
• controlling risk management.

The results of the analysis were proposals for improvement in several parts of the organisation.
